Landmark Pinnacle
The 75 storey tower is located at the western end of South 1 West India Dock, it is set to be the tallest residential building in the EU.
Landmark Pinnacle is designed as a clean rectilinear form to create a coherent marker for the termination of South West India Dock.
A double glazed facade provides a continuous skin behind which all apartments enjoy private winter gardens, as well as three floors of shared amenity space including a landscaped roof garden, gymnasium, dining rooms and children's play areas. Two double height roof terraces crown the building, acting as an illuminated marker at night.
