Project Overview
Refurbishment of the listed façade of the site’s original Power Station whilst installing residential apartments within it required complex temporary works and Historic England Management Deed restraints.
Once the enabling work was completed the piling (secant & bearing piles), groundworks, drainage and reinforced concrete substructure was undertaken to form the new basement levels.
