Project Overview

This design & construction project is being delivered on behalf of a joint venture between The Mayor and Burgessess of the London Borough of Wandsworth and Taylor Wimpey UK Limited.

The development provides 212 residential units including 15% affordable housing.It will also comprise a new two-form entry primary school and nursery facility, commercial uses, new public realm, a small number of accessible car parking spaces. Additional constraints were working alongside a live railway and the heavily trafficked Battersea Park Road, requiring careful planning and coordination throughout.
