Project Overview
The project includes a plant room basement, ground floor retail areas, ten levels of multi-use offices, a midspan plant room floor and seventeen floors of apartments, close to the centre of Birmingham and adjacent to the Bull Ring Shopping Centre, which is acknowledged as one of the most successful shopping centre schemes in the UK.
The project will include landscaped areas around the buildings.
