Project Overview

The development forms part of the regeneration of the King’s Cross Central area. It comprises of three buildings, all together 219 units:

W1: a two tower residential blocks 11 and 16 storeys in height providing 140 studio, one, two, three bedroom and penthouse apartments for private sale, with retail units on the ground floor.` W2: an eight-storey building providing 36 social rented, 23 intermediate and 19 open market apartments, together with 6,600m² retail space

W3 and habitat zone: Leisure focussed building, featuring a gym, nursery, and café. Single level basement providing car & bicycle parking, plant space, additional retail and other ancillary areas. Associated landscaping, and drainage were delivered as part of this highly successful regeneration project. 90% of the project value was delivered in-house.
