A site wide two-storey basement with the above-ground construction splitting into the main Crescent building and Mews houses to the rear.
Specialist works included; reinstating a Grade 1 listed façade, installation of an automated car parking system, manufacture of 253 high-specifi cation bespoke bathroom pods and the luxury fi t-out of the apartment and amenity spaces.
