— This landmark building is joint tallest (155m) in Birmingham. It is a unique 49-storey BtR development delivering 370 apartments (one-, two-, and three bedroom apartments), retail units, residents’ amenity spaces, and landscaped public realms.

Project Overview
The client had a detailed design specification, including a unique octagonal layout to provide panoramic views of the city, and full compliance with the Paradise Area Master Plan, which covers the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham Museum, and Art Gallery.
Working collaboratively, the team developed a buildable Integrated Construction Solution that successfully fulfilled the client’s vision.
